Pay Range: 21$+

What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely. Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production standards
- Monitoring product quality and removing defective items
- Rotating across multiple production lines and tasks
- Safely operating a forklift to move materials and finished goods
- Supporting shipping and receiving (loading/unloading, inventory checks)
- Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining accurate production and performance records
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to get certified
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Word/Excel basics)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Willingness to rotate shifts or departments to support team needs and skill development
- Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must have reliable transportation and be reachable when scheduled
- Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment
- Opportunity to become forklift certified
