Coil Operator - 1st Shift

What You'll Do:

• Produce pocketed coils according to established work instructions using an ultrasonic coil machine
• Perform prescribed machine maintenance
• Organize and/or stock raw materials in the work area, follow department housekeeping requirements
• Meet established hourly production goals

How You'll Do It:

• Must stand and walk minimum of 8 hours a day or longer in overtime situations as required
• Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 100-lbs multiple times per hour during shift to meet customer demands. Heavy loads must be team lifted.
• Good organization skills
• Good hand/eye coordination

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to use mechanical measuring devices
• Basic Mechanical skills
• Basic Mathematics skills
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience preferred
