Tech 3, Bakery- Maintenance- 3rd Shift

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance professional to support our high-volume baking facility on 3rd shift. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You will troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues, respond quickly to breakdowns, and complete work orders and documentation using a CMMS.

Working on-site in a safety-obsessed, quality-driven culture, you'll collaborate closely with production and quality teams, follow GMP and food-safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
