2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30PM-10:30PM

• The Packaging Technician is assigned to a packaging line to work as part of a three or four-person team.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DHo CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tighteningo CL-Centerliningo DH-Defect Handling

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage and training opportunities
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is needed
• Demonstrated desire and capacity for continuous learning of new work methods and technology
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team

The hourly payrange for this role is $21.1. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
