Maintenance Tech

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our high-speed bakery manufacturing lines running safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and help minimize unplanned downtime. You'll work closely with production, quality, and safety teams in a fast-paced, food-safe environment, supporting continuous improvement, rigorous safety standards, and consistent product quality while documenting work in our maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery production equipment and packaging lines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect, adjust, and repair motors, conveyors, ovens, mixers, and related systems
• Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately
• Follow strict safety, food safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support efficient operations
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Participate in on-call or off-shift support as needed in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
