Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance professional to support our high-volume baking facility on 3rd shift. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You will troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues, respond quickly to breakdowns, and complete work orders and documentation using a CMMS.
Working on-site in a safety-obsessed, quality-driven culture, you'll collaborate closely with production and quality teams, follow GMP and food-safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on bakery production equipment and packaging lines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on high-speed manufacturing machinery
- Respond to equipment breakdowns on 3rd shift to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules
- Execute work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMSAssist with equipment changeovers, setups, and calibrations to meet product and safety standards
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food-safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and line performance
- Support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for recurring equipment issues
- Perform basic facilities and utilities maintenance as assigned
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper use and care of tools and parts inventory
