Local Hazleton Area Superior Recruiting Agency is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a manufacturing operation in the Hazleton area. This position is ideal for someone who has experience leading production teams, coordinating day-to-day manufacturing activities, and keeping employees focused on safety, quality, productivity, and meeting production goals. The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership on the manufacturing floor and work with both hourly employees and management.

The right candidate should be organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of motivating a team while maintaining an efficient and safety-focused work environment. 2nd

Shift: Works with production manager in the coordination and scheduling of work flow within or between plant functional areas to expedite production while producing a superior product.
