Maintenance & Repair Mechanic

Superior Recruiting Agency is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Maintenance & Repair Mechanic for a manufacturing opportunity in the local Hazleton area. This position is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery, equipment, and tools throughout the facility. The Maintenance & Repair Mechanic will respond to equipment issues, complete scheduled maintenance, and help ensure machinery remains safe, reliable, and ready for production.

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience and be comfortable diagnosing mechanical and equipment-related problems in an active production environment. This role will work closely with maintenance leadership and production personnel to complete assigned repairs, minimize equipment downtime, and address maintenance needs as they arise. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, dependable, and capable of working independently on assigned maintenance responsibilities.
