Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you’ll do- Quality Operations Technicians perform analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, batch samples and finished goods by following established test methods and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform analysis of completed product batches and make batch adjustments when required.
- Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on lab equipment.
- Perform verification of critical manufacturing equipment.
- Sample incoming raw materials, water ports and air quality samples for approval testing.
- Complete written documentation and enter data into computer.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 – 2 years of current or recent experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Availability to work weekend overtime and rotate to different assignment areas.
- Basic to intermediate computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and math skills.
- Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- 3rd Shift position (10:30PM to 6:30AM) Sunday night
-Thursday night.

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.10 and $22.98. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
