What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at your assigned site/s.

* Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the site premises.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.

* Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues.

* Assist with emergency response activities as needed, in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

* Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.

* Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Access control / Badge experience preferred.

* Alarm panel experience preferred.

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
