Creative Comfort Inc., a trusted family-owned HVAC company serving Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2005, is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing service department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations
• Schedule and dispatch technicians
• Manage technician performance and workflow
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of service technicians
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical support
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and department efficiency
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed

Experience and Skills
Qualifications:

• HVAC industry experience required
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, service, and repair
