Commercial​/Industrial Electrician

George J Hayden Inc DBA Hayden Power Group seeks a Commercial / Industrial Electrician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects across Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include reading plans, laying out and installing conduit, wiring, panels, and equipment, performing testing and repairs, and ensuring all work meets NEC and company safety standards. You'll work on diverse design-build and maintenance projects within a family-oriented, safety-first culture that emphasizes teamwork, quality workmanship, training, and long-term career growth in a stable, well-established contractor.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to plan work
• Run, bend, and install conduit, cable, and wiring per NEC and company standards
• Install and terminate panels, switch gear, lighting, and power distribution equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using test equipment and repair faults safely
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime
• Follow all OSHA, NFPA 70
• E, and company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to meet schedules
• Document work performed and communicate material and equipment needs
• Mentor apprentices and support a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork
