Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise high-voltage substation construction crews.
• Plan daily work, allocate labor, tools, and equipment.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and one-line diagrams for installation.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and company safety culture.
• Coordinate with project managers, GC, and site stakeholders.
• Inspect work for quality, code compliance, and project standards.
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices on best practices.
• Schedule and track material deliveries and equipment needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field installation and wiring issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and as-built updates.
