Substation Foreman​/Superintendent

Hayden Power Group seeks a Substation Working Foreman/Superintendent to lead high-voltage electrical construction for commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise field crews, plan and coordinate daily work, and ensure safe, high-quality installation of substation equipment, foundations, grounding, and control wiring. Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with project managers and engineers. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise substation construction crews on high-voltage commercial and industrial projects
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of substation and high-voltage equipment
• Enforce strict safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies on all job sites
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide field work and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers to resolve field challenges
• Inspect work quality, perform checks, and document progress, issues, and corrective actions
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to build skills and promote career growth
