Maintain inventory levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Oracle ERP across inbound and outbound operations;
Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy;
Prepare and process purchase orders and material movements, including intercompany transfers and RMAs;
Ensure FIFO material rotation and proper storage disciplines, and manage non-conforming materials and expired inventory (SLOB);
Coordinate with leadership and other departments to support accurate inbound receipts and inventory reporting
