Dental Lab Full Technician

Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician with expertise in full and partial denture fabrication
? We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented professional to join our growing dental laboratory team. In this hands-on role, you'll fabricate high-quality removable prosthetics from start to finish while helping restore patients' smiles, confidence, and quality of life.

If you have experience with tooth setting, waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, relines, repairs, and removable prosthetics

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Set denture teeth to ensure proper fit, function, and aesthetics.
• Perform waxing, processing, finishing, polishing, and final quality inspections.
• Complete denture relines and repairs.
• Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays.
• Maintain exceptional craftsmanship while meeting production deadlines.
• Serve as the Associate Laboratory Manager during scheduled absences, supporting daily workflow and laboratory operations.
• Cross-train in all laboratory departments to improve efficiency and team collaboration.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized laboratory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish
  .
• Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dental laboratory.
• Commitment to producing high-quality removable dental prosthetics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards or willingness to learn.

• Previous experience mentoring or assisting with laboratory operations.

• Expertise in denture fabrication and removable prosthetics.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision craftsmanship.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and artistic ability.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple laboratory functions.
