Responsibilities
  • Monitor and restock all office supplies and snacks/drinks.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
  • Support facilities as needed.
  • Keep common areas organized and clean.
  • Answer door and provide escort support as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and facilities support for daily office tasks.

This is an onsite, non-exempt, non-supervisory, part-time, temporary position with the ability to transition into a full-time permanent position based in our Healdsburg, CA office.

Experiences And Background We Look For (Required Skills)
  • Pursuing High School diploma or GED or recent graduate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team.
  • Advanced record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to suggest improvements.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice To Have (Preferred Skills)
  • Minimum of 1 year working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.

The salary range for this role is $17 - $19 an hour; however, Areté considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
