Enrollment Specialist I

North Bay Children's Center seeks an Enrollment Specialist I to support families accessing our early childhood education and family services programs. In this frontline role, you will guide parents and caregivers through the full enrollment process-answering questions, assisting with applications, and verifying eligibility with care and accuracy. You will manage data entry, maintain confidential records, and coordinate appointments in collaboration with teachers and family support staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through application and enrollment steps with clear, empathetic communication.
• Review and verify eligibility documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Enter and update enrollment data in student information systems and databases.
• Coordinate enrollment appointments, tours, and intake meetings with program staff.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about programs, openings, and requirements.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records in line with privacy and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, family support staff, and administrators to track openings and placements.
• Support outreach and waitlist management to ensure equitable access for families.
