TheOpportunity
Willowglen Homes is seeking an experienced residential construction superintendent to take full ownership of our active and upcoming projects. Reporting directly to the Developer, you will manage all field operations — from dirt to certificate of occupancy — ensuring that all work is performed safely, in strict accordance with plans and specifications, and in full compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Your immediate priority will be the completion of the Willowglen Community in Rohnert Park — managing active homes through close-out while maintaining our standards for quality and schedule. Beyond the current community, you will also serve as a project manager for new developments in various stages of city approval, working alongside the Developer on entitlements, plan review, value engineering, and pre-construction planning.
The right candidate is equally comfortable running an active job site as sourcing building materials as they change throughout the market.
Strong leadership, genuine collaboration, and the highest level of professionalism in every interaction are essential to this role. If you bring deep experience building quality homes in the North Bay and have the capability to contribute meaningfully at the planning table, we encourage you to apply.
