Part Time (30 hours) Associate Banker, Vine and Matheson Branch, Healdsburg, CA

As an Associate Banker you will represent our brand with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology to provide friendly, attentive service that helps clients achieve their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, checking them into the waiting queue, and managing lobby traffic with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions, including the use of the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
