Hall Family Wines is seeking an experienced Hospitality and Tasting Room Manager for our Healdsburg tasting room. You will lead guest experiences, drive traffic and wine club growth, and recruit, train and motivate staff while maintaining facilities.
The right candidate will have proven management skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude, reporting to the Director of Hospitality. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and occasional evenings.
