Little Saint Farm is a regenerative vegetable and cut flower farm in Healdsburg, California. Since 2020, we have transformed three acres of former vineyard into a diverse and vibrant farm ecosystem. Our farm supplies produce and flowers to the local plant-based restaurant, Little Saint, as well as other restaurants, CSA members, and farmer’s markets in Healdsburg. We prioritize ecological practices to enhance soil health and promote regional biodiversity.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable Nursery Lead to join our team for the 2026 season. The Nursery Lead will be responsible for individually accomplishing assigned nursery tasks that includes watering, sowing, and management of the nursery environment and transplants. Most of this work will be independent and requires detail and focus. This full-time, hands on role also offers the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the farming process and requires the ability to execute physically demanding tasks that include but are not limited to:

• Field preparation and bed management
• Transplanting, weeding, and crop maintenance
• Harvesting and post-harvest handling and processing
• Light construction and irrigation projects
• Support at our farmer’s market stalls and farm stand as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Detail-oriented and focused
• Has good dexterity for handling small seeds
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong communicator
• A quick learner who adapts easily to different tasks
• A proactive team player who enjoys collaboration and working towards shared goals
• Previous farm experience is strongly preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently for long periods of time
• Ability to report to work on time on a daily basis and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying climates and conditions
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Manual dexterity for tasks such as reaching, grasping, holding and handling items
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with fingers, wrists, elbows, and shoulders
  Ability to stand, sit, climb, bend and squat for extended periods of time
  Comfortably use ladders, power tools, and heavy equipment
  Eligibility to work in the U.S
  Must have full time availability Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional weekends

• Pay range is $22.00 per hour
