YOUNG is seeking a Harvest Intern for the 2026 harvest season in Healdsburg, CA. The role is full-time from August 10 to October 26, assisting in all aspects of winemaking including fermentation and cellar maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and a strong interest in winemaking, be able to work independently, and maintain a reliable work ethic. Compensation is targeted at $22 to $24 hourly with team benefits.
