Associate CNA - Med Surg

Providence Health and Services, Healdsburg, CA. Full time, 12‑hour per diem night shifts.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including oral care, ambulation, personal hygiene, and transfers to/from bed/chair.
• Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provide basic nursing care and maintain a safe, clean environment while acting as a patient advocate.
• Take vital signs properly, both manually and mechanically.

• California Nursing Assistant Certification License (upon hire).
• National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (upon hire).

• Experience in an acute care setting.
• 1 year nursing assistant experience in an acute or long‑term setting.

Pay Range: $24.00 – $35.38 per hour plus potential shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Shift: Multiple shifts available, including 12‑hour per diem night shifts.
