Salary:
Up to $26 of Flat Rate hour

• The Auto Body Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body parts in accordance with company specifications, processes, and time standards.
• Communicate with estimators, office personnel, and parts department as necessary to complete repairs.
• Examine and evaluate damaged vehicles to plan for efficient repairs according to established standards.

• 2+ years of experience as a collision repair technician.
• Technical school or in-shop experience.
• Required to complete continuing education classes for I-Car certification.
  
  ASE, OEM Training/Certifications are helpful.
• Ability to deliver a world-class, customer-centric experience.
• Ability to understand written estimates and work orders.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Must be willing to work in a drug-free/smoke-free workplace.
