Up to $26 of Flat Rate hour

- The Auto Body Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body parts in accordance with company specifications, processes, and time standards.
- Communicate with estimators, office personnel, and parts department as necessary to complete repairs.
- Examine and evaluate damaged vehicles to plan for efficient repairs according to established standards.
- 2+ years of experience as a collision repair technician.
- Technical school or in-shop experience.
- Required to complete continuing education classes for I-Car certification.
ASE, OEM Training/Certifications are helpful. - Ability to deliver a world-class, customer-centric experience.
- Ability to understand written estimates and work orders.
- Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- Must be willing to work in a drug-free/smoke-free workplace.
- Driver's License (Required)
