Coughlin Hyundai of Heath is hiring full-time Automotive Service Technicians.

This position offers a competitive wage dependent on experience with a flat‑rate hour compensation program that allows you to maximize your earning potential.

As an Automotive Service Technician at Coughlin, you are the lifeblood of our company’s relationship with our customers, maintaining and repairing their vehicles for years after the sale.

You correctly diagnose mechanical problems, clearly explain options, make the agreed‑upon repairs, and provide regular maintenance services to keep vehicles in top condition.

You’ll have the opportunity to earn additional certifications while learning to work on a variety of makes, building a real career.

• Automobile repair experience
• Knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance

Certifications are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Dealership experience is a plus. Service‑oriented, attentive to detail, able to explain technical information in layman’s terms, and ready to jump‑start your career are desirable attributes.

The work schedule is flexible, typically around 40 hours per week, but there is no cap on hours for flat‑rate technicians.

Service departments are closed on Sundays and only open until 6 pm during the week.
