The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position that is integral to a team servicing vehicles. Full‑time and part‑time benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay range: $13.20 – $19.80. Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices; all employees receive pay that meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage requirements.

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive components including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road‑test vehicles.

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
