Position: Auto Body/Collision Repair- Earn up to 32K in Bonuses
Hinderer Motor Company is growing and currently seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician (A-Tech) to join our team.

Prior collision repair experience is required for this position.

Benefits:

No Weekends! Monday–Friday flexible schedule8 Hour Shift Competitive Pay:
Flat-rate pay with earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+ annually

Qualifications:

2+ years of collision repair technician experience required

Technical school or in-shop experience preferred, but not required

Valid Driver’s License requiredI-CAR certification, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred

Ability to read and understand estimates and repair orders

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Must be willing to work in a drug-free/smoke-free workplace

Responsibilities:

Repair damaged vehicle body parts according to company specifications, processes, and time standards

Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage to develop efficient repair plans

Communicate effectively with estimators, office staff, and parts department to complete repairs accurately and on time Anything else you’d like to know about us?
