Job Summary:

The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while delivering a safe, efficient, and professional service experience for our customers. This role supports the Service Department by ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and identifying additional service needs.

What You’ll Do:

Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services

Lubricate moving engine parts and components

Inspect vehicles for leaks, wear, and performance issues

Check and top off fluid levels, including windshield washer fluid

Inspect and adjust tire pressure

Replace oil and air filters

Check basic electrical components such as lights and horn

Make service recommendations based on inspection findings

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all company and safety procedures

Work collaboratively with technicians, advisors, and management

Who You Are:

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willing to learn and grow within the Service Department Professional and safety-focused

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Education:

Tech school or shop experience preferred

Skills:

Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude

Attributes:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements:– Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record– Legal authorization to work in the United States– Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position

Day shift with weekend availability

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching
