What You’ll Do Coordinate parts delivery to and from dealerships, vendors, and customers
Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
Receive, verify, and process incoming parts orders accurately
Process invoices and scan documentation into Dealer track daily
Fill technician and body shop parts requests quickly and accurately
Manage all sublet parts (glass, wheels, bumpers, etc.)Review and support supplement parts needs with technicians and estimators
Assist with repair order documentation and organization
Maintain inventory of fluids and shop supplies, ensuring proper billing
Support Service Advisors and Technicians using Rapid Recon when applicable
Maintain a clean, organized parts department and storage area Attend daily production and repair meetings
Remain accessible via phone or radio during working hours
Support both Honda Service and Body Shop operations as needed
What We’re Looking For Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with vendors, technicians, and team members
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable using systems such as Dealer track (or similar)

Qualifications Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, including drug screening
Automotive parts or collision repair experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
