Job Summary:
The Automotive F&I Manager is responsible for structuring finance and insurance transactions while providing a transparent, professional, and compliant purchasing experience. This role plays a critical part in dealership profitability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with the sales leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality deal flow.
What You’ll Do:
Structure and secure competitive financing options tailored to customer needs
Present and sell value-driven F&I products with clarity and confidence
Maintain strong lender relationships to support profitable deal structures
Submit deals, evaluate credit, and close transactions efficiently
Ensure all documentation, contracting, and compliance requirements are accurate
Audit deals for clean funding and identify coaching opportunities
Partner with sales leadership to support consistent, high-quality deal flow Maintain all required certifications and complete ongoing training
Who You Are:
Experienced, process-driven F&I leader
Strong communicator who builds trust with customers, lenders, and internal teams
Professional, ethical, and customer-focused
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Performance-minded with strong PVR and product penetration results
Qualifications:
2–3+ years of automotive F&I experience required
Strong understanding of indirect lending, credit evaluation, and deal structure
Working knowledge of federal and state compliance, menu selling, and disclosure standards
Proven success in PVR and product penetration performance
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license required
Legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time leadership position5-day work week
Base + commission compensation structure
