Job Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule
• Oversee site work, utilities, and self-performed scopes when required
• Serve as the primary on-site representative to clients and partners
• Coordinate closely with project managers on scheduling and execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
• Proven leadership on projects from site work through punch-out
• Strong site work and utility experience
• Professional, client-facing communication style
• Comfortable using construction technology and field software
