Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with multiple regional offices and over 200 employees. They deliver complex projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and public‑sector markets, and are known for a family‑oriented culture, long employee tenures, and a commitment to hiring for careers rather than individual projects.

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule
• Oversee site work, utilities, and self‑performed scopes when required
• Serve as the primary on‑site representative to clients and partners
• Coordinate closely with project managers on scheduling and execution

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
• Proven leadership on projects from site work through punch‑out
• Strong site work and utility experience
• Professional, client‑facing communication style
• Comfortable using construction technology and field software

• Salary range of $90,000–$115,000
• 2-3 weeks PTO, 401(k), and strong healthcare plans
• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, plus potential gas card
• Discretionary bonus and limited‑travel, local project assignments
