Direct Support Professional – Medical Admin (Full Time)
Company: Center for Disability Services
Pay: $15.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift, some weekends required
OverviewCenter for Disability Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities while assisting with medical coordination and administrative tasks. This position will also work DSP shifts as needed.
Responsibilities- Schedule and track medical appointments
- Accompany individuals to routine and emergency appointments
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care teams
- Monitor medications and assist with quality checks
- Provide direct support and transportation as needed
- Support daily operations and ensure compliance
- Obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration Certification, and other required trainings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license required
