About Bobbie

Bobbie makes European‑style organic infant formula manufactured end‑to‑end in the U.S. We believe every parent deserves to feed their baby with confidence, without mystery ingredients or shortcuts. When the 2022 national infant formula shortage left parents unable to feed their babies, we closed our storefront to new customers and opened our Heath, Ohio manufacturing facility to avoid future shortages.

Our advocacy arm,
Bobbie for Change
, works to improve systems around parenthood, fight for paid federal parental leave, advocate for feeding equity, and support families impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers through the Bobbie Breasties program.

The role

We are looking for a Contact Recruiter to cover a planned leave for 5–6 months. The primary focus is full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for all hourly manufacturing roles at our Heath facility across all three shifts, plus site leadership positions and corporate roles as hiring needs arise. The role is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days onsite at the Heath, OH facility.

What you’ll do
  • Run full‑cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate roles, sourcing through offer
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline across all three shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
  • Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, text‑based outreach, and referrals
  • Screen applicants and move strong candidates through the process without unnecessary friction
  • Partner with facility leadership and the People team to align on hiring needs, shift priorities, and start dates
  • Coordinate and conduct onsite interviews and hiring events as needed
  • Manage requisitions and candidate flow in Greenhouse, keeping data clean and stage movement current
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to the Lead TA Partner and plant leadership
  • Identify patterns in drop‑off, offer decline, or early attrition and propose improvement ideas
What we’re looking for

Must‑haves:

  • Proven high‑volume recruiting experience – carry a large requisition load, move fast, hit targets consistently
  • Recruiting experience specifically for hourly manufacturing employees; understand the candidate pool, what they care about, and the need for speed
  • Comfort handling high‑volume and full‑cycle corporate recruiting simultaneously
  • Candidate‑experience orientation – understand how people feel through the process and act accordingly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions without falling through the cracks
  • Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a strong plus, but not required)
  • Clear, direct communication with candidates, hiring managers, and TA partners

Nice to haves:

  • Background in CPG, food and beverage, or regulated manufacturing
  • Experience recruiting across multiple shift schedules
  • Familiarity with text‑based candidate outreach tools
  • Experience building or running onsite hiring events or open interview days
The details

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite at our Heath, Ohio facility

Duration: 5–6 months, with intentional overlap at the start and end for knowledge transfer

Employee Type: Temporary Employee, benefits eligible from the 1st of the month following hire date

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
