Qualifications:

* ** 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience required
*** Bachelor’s degree in
** Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
*** Experience recruiting across multiple job types and levels preferred
* Automotive, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
* Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
* Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
* Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism### Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle recruiting across all Hinderer Motor Company locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
2. Build strong talent pipelines for key roles such as technicians, service advisors, sales consultants, managers, and support staff
3. Develop community partnerships, support employer branding initiatives, and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness### Anything else you’d like to know about us?
