The Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. This role ensures all assigned areas—including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and work areas—are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements.

11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (training will occur during the first shift).

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and high‑touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and cleaning materials.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums.
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, hallways, and other common areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the Sanitation Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks within assigned time frames.
• Secure cleaning areas and equipment after use.
• Assist with event set‑up, room resets, or special cleaning projects as needed.

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

• Pushing and pulling carts, equipment, etc.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, kneeling, twisting at the torso, reaching above shoulder and or head height.
• Ascending and/or descending stairs; use of step stool.
• Close proximity or direct chemical use.

Hourly Rate – $24.00/hour
