Tic Tac Taco Assistant Managers are leaders who model excellent service standards, develop their team and expand their own skill sets. As Tic Tac Taco continues to evolve and expand, our Assistant Managers are dedicated to serving the customer, understanding the day-to-day business, and motivating the on-site personnel.

• Interacts with guests and the community; responds to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Monitors staffing levels; recruits and selects employees to talent and job profiles
• Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance; ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
• Ensures cleanliness of the facility (indoor and outdoor)
• Maintains stock levels and inventory integrity
• Complies with Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Holds restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
• Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Operations – Comfortable with leading, inventory, and basic store systems
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• Serve Safe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
• Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
• Stamina and mobility – Physical tasks are part of the role: expect repetitive movements like bending and reaching, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in outdoor areas or temperature-controlled spaces like walk‑in coolers
