Job Description- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and risk
- Serve as the primary client contact on assigned work
- Coordinate field teams, supers, and project engineers
- Spend time split between office and job sites

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of project management experience with a GC
- 2-3+ year tenures and clear reasons for career moves
- Experience on commercial or public‑sector projects
- Comfortable working on site 1‑3 days per week
- Tech‑savvy, professional, and strong communicator
- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 115,000
