We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC's "Live Well" philosophy—living strong, living long, and living fit.

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Oversee daily operations of the store, including business performance and product management.
• Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the "Live Well" message to customers.
• Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards and are easily visible and accessible.
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationship programs such as MYGNC Rewards.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
• Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits according to GNC procedures.
• Attend community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote GNC's mission and initiatives.

• Must stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending below the waist and above the shoulders.
• Repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reaching with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85°F, especially in stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the day.

Managers are expected to work a five‑day workweek of forty hours, with shift requirements varying by store location, as described in the original posting.
