Production Team Member Temp

Job Responsibilities

• Completion of general safety training.
• Completion of ISO training.
• Completion of Forklift safety training.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines.
• Familiarity with packaging specifications.
• Identify quality issues and report to Production Lead.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again.
• Maintain an organized supply of production supplies, and report any shortages to Production Lead.
• Prepare for shift and proactively plan for items needed during production to minimize lost time.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Production Lead.

• Must be able to lift 50-100lbs.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
• Basic math skills required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

• Heavy manufacturing conditions.
• Conditions may include exposure to hot/cold conditions, loud noise, and potential dust exposures - Note all conditions have been assessed and controls have been implemented to reduce exposure.
• Working hours vary week to week but could be between 36-48 hours per week.
• Employees must adhere to our PPE Policy which includes:
  • Steel toed metatarsal boots
  • safety eyewear
  • Hearing protection
  • long pants.
  • Cut resistant sleeves and gloves
  • This position may require one to dawn respirator if working in specific work areas (fit testing required)
  • Other PPE to protect against Chemicals utilized during our manufacturing process.
