• $500 after passing probation
• $500 after 180 days of employment

• Full-time, permanent position (year-round work)
• Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
• Overtime opportunities available
• Indoor cleanroom production environment
• Stable company with long-term career growth
• No prior cleanroom experience required — paid training provided

• Sort and process garments in a cleanroom-controlled environment
• Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
• Scan garments to track through the production cycle
• Hang, press, fold, and package garments
• Work across different production areas (cross-training)

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a hands-on production role
• Team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
• Military-experienced candidates encouraged to apply
• Employees must wear full cleanroom protective garments (coveralls, hood, mask, gloves, and boots) at all times
• Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and contamination-control standards

• Standing, walking, lifting/carrying
• Bending, reaching, pushing/pulling
• Repetitive movement in a production environment
• Must be comfortable working in a fully covered uniform for extended periods
