  • Support, coaching, and room to grow your marketing career
  • Stable, full‑time position in a growing organization
  • Employee discounts (including 50% off executive apparel

Role Overview

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing, growing, and evolving Hinderer Motor Company’s digital presence across multiple platforms and dealership locations.

This role blends creative content development, brand storytelling, and performance tracking. You’ll create original content, maintain our websites and social platforms, and help shape how our organization shows up online — including on Linked In, where employer brand and leadership visibility matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and maintain social media channels across all dealership locations
  • Create and launch new social media channels as needed
  • Develop original content including posts, reels, short‑form video, photos, graphics, and stories
  • Write engaging, platform‑specific copy (especially for Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In)
  • Maintain and update dealership websites to ensure content is current and accurate
  • Help build our employer brand through Linked In content and storytelling
  • Monitor trends and suggest creative content ideas proactively
  • Track, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics and engagement
  • Protect and maintain brand voice and visual consistency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams
  • Use tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
  • Support digital campaigns, promotions, and internal initiatives with creative assets
Who You Are
  • Creative, curious, and not afraid to try new ideas
  • Comfortable creating content — not just scheduling it
  • Strong communicator with a feel for tone, visuals, and storytelling
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excited to learn, grow, and build a marketing career
Qualifications
  • Education: Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related degree preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Experience: Internship, portfolio, or hands‑on social media experience preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Google, etc.)
    • Comfort with analytics and performance tracking
    • Photography, video, or design experience is a plus
    • Creative portfolio or examples of work strongly preferred
  • Requirements:
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Ability to complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
Work Environment
  • Office‑based with frequent computer and mobile device use
  • Fast‑paced, creative, deadline‑driven environment
  • Occasional time spent on dealership floors for content creation
  • Travel to all 4 locations
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full‑time (part‑time may be considered for the right candidate)
  • Day shift with flexibility during dealership business hours
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

You'll have real creative input, visible impact, and ownership— with the chance to grow your skills, your portfolio, and your career.

If you’re creative, motivated, and ready to make your mark, we want to hear from you.
