QA Systems Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

* Schedule and conduct internal audits on processes and documentation according to ISO 9001: 2015.

* Escalate and create corrective actions based on audit findings.

* Ensure uniformity in our controlled documentation and document templates.

* Develop and establish standard templates for quality documentation.

* Establish and own an organized structure and naming convention for controlled document storage.

* Maintain QMS documentation and keep them relevant, accurate, and up to date.

* Maintain the QMS SharePoint page.

* Work with leaders to develop standard documentation for new and updated processes.

* Conduct continuous improvement efforts to continually improve QMS processes ensuring usability and accuracy.

Skills / Experience /

Education Requirements:

Education:

Associates or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information management, Library Science, or Engineering Preferred.

Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Document Control Experience, Familiarity with internal auditing and ISO
9001: 2015

Working Conditions /

Physical Requirements:

* Primary - Quality Department but frequently exposed to light manufacturing conditions and extreme temperature

* Steel toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses and earplugs

* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. periodically

* Travel may be required up to 10% - 15%
