Job Title

We are looking for a resource to support the QHSE team on-site and follow up, in collaboration with their hierarchical superior, the management of health, safety at work and environmental activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations, contractual requirements (contract) and company policies.

The main responsibilities include:
Support in the management of HSE compliance in accordance with

D.Lgs. 81/08 Collaboration in the drafting, updating and management of HSE documentation (DVR, procedures, operational instructions) Management and monitoring of health surveillance Control, qualification and monitoring of suppliers and contractors: verification of HSE documentation (DURC, DVR, POS, training certificates) support in the assessment of technical-professional suitability Support in the management of DUVRI:
Execution of quality, health, safety and environmental quality checks and inspections, in collaboration with RSPP, QHSE Manager and Contract Manager Collaboration with QHSE Manager and Contract Manager in the qualification of suppliers and in the drafting of quality agreements and technical agreements Support in the identification of HSE training needs of the personnel on site Support to QHSE Manager in the organization of training and training in quality (GMP) Updating of the Quality Plan of the contract and the related documentation (organization chart, document register, etc.)

Support in the management of PPE (distribution, verification and traceability) Collection and updating of HSE data (injuries, near misses, performance indicators) Support in the monitoring of quality and safety KPIs Collaboration in internal audits and compliance checks

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Prevention Techniques, Environmental Sciences or related fields

Technical diplomas with interest in the HSE sector are also valuable Knowledge of the

D.Lgs. 81/08 Basic knowledge of contract management concepts and DUVRI Good mastery of the Office package, especially Excel Ability to manage and organize documentation Good knowledge of English (B1 level) Precision and attention to detail Good organizational and planning skills Communication and relationship skills Attitude to teamwork and continuous learning

ASPP course (Modules A and

B) Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Experience, even short, in the management of suppliers and contracts

Knowledge of GMP standards and proven experience in pharmaceutical environments
