Key Responsibilities- Prepare and assemble treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer and work areas
- Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness
- Assist with daily prep work and thorough cleaning of the chill area
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Report any issues or unusual situations promptly to management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Capable of standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to read order monitors accurately
- Adherence to food handling procedures and local health regulations
- Positive attitude, good manners, proper hygiene, and punctuality
