Store Recovery Specialist

As a Store Recovery Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's overall appearance and organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that merchandise is returned correctly to the sales floor, keeping shelves well-stocked, and contributing to the store's cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. Exceptional customer service is also a crucial component of this position.

• Organize, restock, and display products effectively.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all featured products and their locations within the store.
• Execute the daily recovery process for your assigned departments.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization by regularly cleaning shelves and removing debris.
• Follow Indoor Merchandising Guide standards relevant to your department.
• Ensure that bathrooms are perpetually clean and well-kept.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of safety protocols and best practices for material handling.
• Utilize office equipment such as computers, fax machines, and calculators.
• Operate retail equipment, including handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders.
• Engage in cross-training to gain flexibility across various departments and roles.
