Hourly Wage

Hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Base pay ranges from $15 to $28 per hour.

Performance incentives may be paid annually or quarterly. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met.

Type: Full‑time, part‑time.

Shifts: Mid‑shift, closing.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #1594, 911 HEBRON RD, HEATH, OH 43056, US.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds; operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
