Do you have experience in retail loss prevention and want to work for a company that is committed to apprehending and prosecuting shoplifters? The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full‑time In‑Store Loss Prevention Agent to protect our stores. You must have prior undercover or floor‑walking loss prevention experience. Your primary responsibilities will be undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters.

No risk‑management, safety, door‑greeting, alarms, audits, or inventory duties are included; this role focuses solely on discreet floor walking.

$22.00‑$23.00 per hour

• Complete incident reports
• Review camera footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

• At least one (1) year of undercover or floor‑walking loss prevention experience
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to stand or walk up to 100% of work hours

• One‑week paid vacation after six months; two weeks after one year
• Two 3‑day weekends per month
